CMMS – Contracts Management and Maintenance Systems




Based on GeoERP technology, CMMS enables the user to store and maintain all roads and roads related data. The system stores, analyzes and retrieves all roads information, including general roads data (road name, route number, length, carriage way width, pavement type, road structure’s elements…), contract information, contractor details, engineering data, budget status, schedule status, review reports and more.

Budget planning according to predicted payments is also included in the system, enabling the user to plan and control budget elements. Using its GIS engine, the system links all data to its geographical locations, enabling the user to access the data through a graphical display of road maps.

Bridging the “gaps” between departments

As a complete ERP solution, CMMS bridges between the various departments. Starting at the site engineer that supervise the project, through the engineering department in charge of the work, to the department in charge of payment according to relevant budget items, CMMS serves as a complete process solution.

CMMS also stores and manages all design and designers data. All design plans are stored in the system, including suggested and approved alternatives.

Thanks to its easy access windows interface and smart navigation link arrows, the system serves all relevant officers. The advanced technology relies on the internet to connect to distance sites, enabling data sharing between users.
