CMMS – Contracts Management and Maintenance Systems
Sivan Design’s CMMS product is a software system allowing governments (from local to national) to store and manage information of roads and civil engineering contracts.
Based on GeoERP technology, the system enables to store, analyzes and retrieves all roads information, including general roads data (road name, route number, length, carriage way width, pavement type, road structure’s element and more), contract information, (contractor details, contract correspondence, orders, payments, reports and more), engineering data, interim statements, certificates of valuations, budget status, schedule status, review reports and dashboards, and more.
The CMMS includes a GIS engine that stores all Functional layers (roads, road segments, etc.), their Geo-spatial information and the linkage to all contract documents’ information. Using the GIS module, the user can associate every piece of information to its geographical location and use it for better planning of roads network, interchanges etc.
Sivan Design specializes in analyzing customer’s needs, adjusting the contract management system to suit these needs and complete integration of the software in the customer’s daily activity. The system can be used by government agencies and local authorities to increase control over funds by improving planning and budget allocations of those funds.

Storage and management of civil engineering contracts starting with the contract main information and bill of quantities (if applies), to on-line submission of Interim statements, certificate of valuations and bills. The system allows to manage payments in correlation to budget and planning.
Budget planning according to predicted payments allows the user to plan and control budget elements.
Easy Tracking of Procurement procedures
CMMS provides a tool to easily track procurement procedures, duration of payments and contracts and contractors’ history. All contracts data are centrally collected to prevent data loss.

As a complete ERP solution, CMMS bridges between the various departments. Thanks to its easy access windows interface and smart navigation link arrows, the system serves all relevant officers including: the site engineer that supervise the project, the engineering department in charge of the work and the department in charge of payment according to relevant budget items. The advanced technology relies on the internet to connect to distance sites, enabling data sharing between users.
